Cancellation Policy

At Crown Dazzle, we are committed to providing exceptional hair services and ensuring a delightful experience for all our clients. To protect both your interests and our business, we have established the following booking policy. Please familiarize yourself with these terms to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit. Booking and Appointments Appointment Scheduling All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting me directly . We recommend scheduling your appointment at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your final service cost. Cancellation Policy We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made within this timeframe will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged a no-show fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Refunds and Returns Service Satisfaction Our goal is to ensure you are delighted with your hair service. If you are not satisfied, please inform us before leaving the salon. We will make every effort to address your concerns and provide a solution. Refunds for services rendered are not provided. However, we will offer a complimentary correction service within seven days of your original appointment date if necessary. Product Returns Unopened and unused products purchased from our salon may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. Chargebacks and Liability Payment Disputes In the unlikely event of a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact our salon directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory resolution. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication with our salon may result in a ban from future bookings and services. Liability Waiver By booking an appointment and receiving services at Crown Dazzle, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating in these services and assume all risks associated with them. Crown Dazzle is not liable for any adverse reactions or damages arising from the use of products or services that have been disclosed to the client beforehand.
